Welcome to Uioeneouse. This website, together with the online shopping functions, content, and related services made available through it, is collectively referred to as the "Platform." The Platform is operated by HongKong ARAB international trading Limited. These Terms of Use describe the rules and conditions that apply when you visit, browse, access, or purchase through Uioeneouse.

Products available through our Brew Moments, Home Accents, and Organized Spaces collections may also be governed by additional policies concerning payment, shipping, returns, refunds, and other purchase-related matters.

6. Platform Availability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE UIOENEOUSE PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, REMAIN ERROR-FREE, FUNCTION WITHOUT DELAYS, OR BE ENTIRELY FREE FROM TECHNICAL, SYSTEM, OR SECURITY ISSUES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UIOENEOUSE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UIOENEOUSE, HONGKONG ARAB INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

This limitation may include losses associated with temporary website unavailability, system interruptions, security incidents, data transmission problems, or the use of products purchased through the Platform, except where such exclusions or limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, any claim arising from use of the Platform must be brought within one calendar year after the event giving rise to the claim.

8. User Obligations and Indemnification

You are responsible for your own use of the Platform and for complying with these Terms of Use and applicable law.

12. Risk of Loss During Shipping

Except where applicable law or specific purchase terms require otherwise, the risk of loss or damage associated with purchased home products transfers to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the relevant transportation carrier.

Customers should inspect packages and purchased items promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the applicable order information, please contact Uioeneouse within a reasonable period so that the matter can be reviewed under the applicable return, refund, or customer service policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use, together with transactions completed through the Platform, will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to our business operations, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer's jurisdiction.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without our prior written consent. Uioeneouse and HongKong ARAB international trading Limited may transfer or assign applicable rights and obligations where legally permitted.

15. Complete Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with any policies, notices, purchase terms, or other conditions expressly incorporated or referenced herein, constitute the complete agreement between you and Uioeneouse regarding your access to and use of the Platform.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, these Terms replace previous discussions, representations, understandings, communications, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
